School field day

On 5th June, Versatile school of photographers ventured into the lands, the environs of Nairobi of those beyond. Being a school of diversity, talent, artistic minds and a smorgasbord of all things interesting, entertaining and professional, nature and its beauty played a perfect set for their cameras.

Knowing that the best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quite alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be and that God wishes to see people happy, amidst the simple beauty of nature. As longs as this exists, and it certainly always will they knew then that there will always be comfort for every sorrow, whatever the circumstances may be. And they firmly believe that nature brings solace in all troubles as quoted from the diary of a young girl.

For a photographer, watching a tuft of grass grow from the crack of stones, splash or a water sprinkle through their lens is a magical moment. With a click the moment is captured as though in a frozen time and stored to spread the amazing feeling with the world. Versatile photographers went out to capture the moment.

Apart from just a click, the photographers had a time to bond, reconnect and have fun. Creating ties that will live to tell a tale of memorable moments. Look at them, you would notice the camaraderie within the group.

They arrived for their first stop at Uhuru Park to capture the golden morning hues of the sky, as the sun creep-ed out to tower the buildings.

They managed to capture the rising sun in various different hues that found Nairobi in its beautiful moments.

As Ralph Waldo Emerson says, to “Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience.” This is one of the art that versatile photographers have managed to master with time. They took their time, and rolled with nature.

Walking with their cameras in the park felt like adéjà vu of an out of the earth experience.

Among the students were tutors, who guided the students on the practical sessions.

For at versatile we don’t take photos or videos, we create memories through the lens.

Versatile photographers extend their skills by sharing them with other people who aspire to be better in the field. They offer special classes and evening classes, whereby they have well skilled and experienced photographers and editors who teach the students both practical skills and the theory bit of it.
